Masak Kicap refers to a black soya sauce cooked with chicken or fried fish. A delicious Malay dish, it can now be prepared simply with DESSA “MASAK KICAP” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Ingredients :
Onion, Black Soya Sauce, Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Candle Nut, Cinnamon, Vinegar, Garlic, Galanga, Sugar & Salt.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
Heat PASTE with 1 whole chicken/1kg meat cut to medium size. If fish – to fry first.
Mix well and let it thicken and dry chicken/meat is half cooked.
Add 400ml water and simmer.
Serving :
Rice or Bread.
