Masak Merah (Red Tomato Gravy)

Masak Merah refers to a spicy tomato sauce “cooked red” with chicken or meat. Available in most ‘Nasi Padang’ stalls, you can now prepare your very own “MASAK MERAH” with DESSA PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Ingredients :
Onion, Garlic, Chilli, Ginger, Lemongrass, Tomato Puree, Garlangal,Sugar, Salt & Pepper.

Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
Cut potatoes and fry lightly.
Heat up wok and add in ‘MASAK MERAH’ PASTE, meat or chicken with a bit of water. Cook till meat tender.
Add in the fried potatoes and peas.

Serving :
Rice or bread .
