Sambal Tumis refers to a fried chilli sauce cooked with egg and seafood eg. prawn or cuttlefish. A delicious Malay dish, it can now be prepared simply with DESSA “SAMBAL TUMIS” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Ingredients :
Onion, Chilli, Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Tamarind,
Garlic, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp & Salt), Sugar & Salt.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
Heat wok with cooking oil. Mix PASTE with
100 ml of water.
Fry lightly then add in seafood of your choice or boiled/fried egg.
Stir well and simmer.
Serving :
Rice or Bread.
