Kari Ikan (Fish Curry)

Kari Ikan or “Fish Curry” is a dish commonly found in “Nasi Kandar” restaurants across Malaysia. You can now prepare your very own fish curry simply with DESSA “KARI IKAN” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Ingredients :
Onion, Curry Powder, Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Tamarind, Garlic, Mixed Spice, Salt & Curry Leaves.

Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
Heat pot together with ‘KARI IKAN’ PASTE and 600 ml water. Mix thoroughly for a while.
Add in slices of fish or fish head of choice.
Bring to boil and simmer.

Serving :
Rice or bread .
