Mee Rebus is a popular local dish of thick, peanut gravy with yellow noodles. It can now be prepared piping hot with DESSA “MEE REBUS” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Ingredients :
Onions, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Yam Flour, Ground Nuts, Fermented Beans, Dried Shrimp, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Curry Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
Stir ‘MEE REBUS’ PASTE with 2 litres water.
Bring to medium heat.
Mix well till boil and gravy thickens.
Serving :
Yellow Mee, Beansprout, Boiled Egg, Fried Toufu, Green Chilli, Onion Flakes, Chinese Celery & Spring Onion.
